Rani Saheba – A handwoven Maheshwari in Silk by Cotton with woven zari border and zari stripes in pallu, that has been sourced from the loom of the weaver I work with in Maheshwar. Maheshwari is a regal weave, that was conceived by Rani Ahalya Bai Holkar for her royal relatives. To this beautiful lavender Maheshwari, embroidery has been done with Golden Zari on the border and on the Palla, and on the body of the saree, for a Royal look .
